I was actually suprised at how good CSS’s new cd is. All the songs are catchy and have a really good dance beat. I didn’t really like their first album, and I thought I wouldn’t really like this one. But my opinion changed when I heard there first single Jager Yoga, which is really upbeat and makes you want to dance around your room. I really like that song and I Fly and Rat Is Dead (Rage). Albert Hammong, Jr comes out with anouther solo album. I extremly loved his first solo album, so I was very excited when this album came out. I really did like this album, but I thought yours to keep was much better. My favorite songs on this album is Lisa, GfC, and Rocket. Two songs below.

book: shantaram
So I’m going to start reading a book called Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. The book is over 900 pages long and I am going to try to finish it before school starts. I don’t really know what this book is really about, but my mom said it was good. Once I get the idea of the book, i’ll talk about it.

i think its kind of funny when old people blog
so i was looking around wordpress and i notice that many old people were blogging ( not to offend anyone, old to me is like 50+ years old. im 14 by the way. ) i think it is funny and pretty cool that older people are starting to blog now. unlike some old people, like john mccain who does not know how to use a computer. so i think its is good that old poeple are blogging.

So I have been listening to Laura Marling for the past few months. I just have to say one thing. I LOVE HER MUSIC. She is only 18, but her voice sounds like she is much more older then that. Her songs are catchy with great lyrics. She currently has one album, Alas I Cannot Swim, and one ep, My Maniac & I. I own both ep and album and I must say there is not one song I do not like. Her songs are pretty dark and gloomy, but that dark style really suits her voice. My favorites from alas is shine, failure, cross your fingers, and ghosts. three mp3 tracks are down below.
